Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Noir Salon + Studio provides professional beauty services for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only. Results may vary based on individual hair type, skin condition, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Noir Salon + Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, prior chemical services, and hair or scalp conditions before receiving any service. Failure to disclose this information releases Noir Salon + Studio, its owners, contractors, and staff from liability for adverse reactions, damage, or unsatisfactory results.
Noir Salon + Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or complications arising from products used during services, including but not limited to hair color, extensions, adhesives, skincare, or makeup products. Patch tests are recommended when applicable and may be required at the discretion of the service provider.
By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with beauty services and agree to hold Noir Salon + Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising before, during, or after their appointment.
All services are performed by licensed professionals or supervised apprentices in accordance with state regulations. Noir Salon + Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety, health, or professional reasons.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our approved booking platform. A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for select services and are applied toward the total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled at the stylist’s discretion. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount.
Payments
Accepted forms of payment include approved digital and card-based methods. Cash acceptance is at the discretion of the stylist. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing & Service Adjustments
All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, time required, and service complexity. Additional services or add-ons requested during the appointment will be added to the final total.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may assess and offer a professional adjustment at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and safe environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the studio unless prior approval is given.
Right to Refuse Service
Noir Salon + Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or professional reasons, including but not limited to late arrivals, undisclosed conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
Personal Belongings
Noir Salon + Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Agreement
By booking and receiving services at Noir Salon + Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
